Sari and Shoto have known each other since they were 5 years old, due to Sari sneaking out of her assassin family's house, and into the Todoroki residents's; but when she turned 8 years old, she realized why they were so strict and cruel to her, as they wanted to abuse her so she wouldn't be thinking of becoming a hero. But, when she found that out, she ran away, and got adopted by the #2 Pro Hero, Hawks/Keigo Takami. Now at the age of 15, she gets to finally see her best friend, Shoto once again.
