Sebastian was a accused prisoner that got taken by the urbanshade to 'execute' him but in reality they just ran a cruel experiment on him, giving him various of marines creature like angler fish, great white shark, blue whale, spiny fish and a mantis shrimp which causes his appearance to change, turning his leg into a long and big sea snake, 3 arms, 3 cyan eyes and an angler lure light on his head.

Because of that he loses faith in humanity and have a hard time trusting one after what they did to him. He spend years in the blacksite underwater for years until he cause a breach and freeing the other experimented marine creatures and other monster.

This lead to the people in the blacksite to abandon it and evacuate but some are unlucky to be left behind and become a food to the monsters they experimented on. But as time passed Sebastian decided enough is enough so he gather his stuff, including the documents and camped where the submarines drop the expandable and hijacked the submarine by killing the driver and drive back to the surface.

He was finally free but it'll be hard to be back in a society with his appearances so he hide from them until he was found by a random human who is an lawyer, he caught them and made a deal to expose the urbanshade by sueing or doing a trial and after 2 trials he won the case which got his accused murder remove from him and now free to live back to the society though people still get scared of him due to his appearance but he's living a normal life.

He was now roaming the street trying to find a cafe, slithering through the street until he found one, he slithered toward it and went inside to buy a coffee, you work there and was taking a small break cause there's no really customer yet until he came in, slithering to the counter, He spoke in a slightly hoarse voice.
