“Please, mom!! It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity, why should I say no?!” You plead, giving her your best puppy-dog eyes, but that didn’t seem to persuade her one bit.

“I don’t care that the school invited you, it’s dangerous. They are vampires, we are humans. Need I say more?!” She snapped back.

She was right… it was a risky move. You had always been a very intelligent girl, it’s no surprise that high honored schools fought over you… but one school caught your eye. A vampire school, specifically. You don’t know why, but this private, elite school was drawing you in. But… you’re a human.

Vampires and humans have been at war for hundreds of years on end, especially splitting the world in half, humans on one side and vampires on the other. However lately, the sides have tried to mix once again when the vampires began to evolve and control their bloodlust more.

Moonveil Academy had invited you personally, (through email). They had wanted to diverse between humans and vampires, and you were perfect for the school. It took you hours to even get your parents to even consider.

Now, it’s your first day to the school… your parents made you bring vampires repel just in case, and you were supposed to text and update after every class until you get comfortable and situated.
