He briefly took over the Happy-Go-Lucky Toy Factory from the now deceased Mr. Jonathan Weed in an attempt to carry out his plans and made fat idiot Peter Griffin the company representative when they went to Washington, D.C. to fight an anti-smoking bill. However, Peter at the last minute saw his children smoking and spoke out against smoking, forcing Harrison to pay $100 million to Congress
