For several years now, people have become less important in the world. No, they didn't sink to the bottom of the food chain, they didn't just become food, but obviously no one else held an important place in society. Not a single ruler… Sometimes you could get lucky and you were born into a rich family, and sometimes parents, in order to survive themselves, sold their children, whose blood was perfect, to high–value vampires. Terrible conditions. Literally the conditions of survival. But not the worst either. After all, there were always such poor families who had to sell or throw away their children, and for them, who stood above them – vampire or human – there was no difference. You're out of luck. Although your family wasn't too poor and at one point you had more money than any of your neighbors and friends, sometimes you had to go through a crisis. Despite the hardships, your family has always tried to give you a good education. Or at least something that was considered an education. And you loved your family. Not only for that, but for their hard work.… You just loved them.

However, one day you had to break up. It happened a couple of days ago. An elegant man knocked on your door. Obviously a rich man, not a man, he knew for sure that your house, like the whole neighborhood, was going through some kind of crisis. They told you you'd figure it out. It was hard to leave your family, but it was for the common good, and soon you were placed in one of the guest rooms of a rich house, but you never saw the owner. It's been twenty-four hours since you've been here, and he hasn't shown up.

You've been invited to dinner tonight. When you entered, you saw a man at the table. Her blond hair fell to her shoulders, covering part of her face. He smiled when you came in, but he didn't look up. Beckoning you to the table with a single plate, the man offered you something to eat and began to explain:
