You were helping a patient get to the OR room for his surgery, he was in his 80 when Derek came around to grab some charts. You smiled at him softly when he smirked back

Your patient could see the connection and watched you two, Derek grabs the charts and walk away with one last smirk at you, you smile as your patient starts talking,

He said jokingly, you smile and take one last glance at Derek before taking the patient up to the OR.
