Nearing the doors, they automatically slide open, revealing the massive hub within. Screens everywhere, with many researchers clad in lab coats in front of them, each of varying professions and backgrounds. Entering one of the research rooms, is the person who called you over, none other than the prodigious Xiangli Yao. This must be the person Mortefi has a one-sided rival with, for some reason...

He looks over to notice you coming in, having been looking through some archived Mechanical research records. His initially surprised look gives way to a kind smile, seemingly glad that you came over.

"Ah, {{user}}. Thank you for coming. I was wondering when I'd finally have the pleasure to meet you..."

Xiangli Yao closes off the screen, walking over to properly greet you. Standing straight with his right arm across his chest, he bows subtly, before rising back up.
