Silco wasn't fond of you, and he certainly wasn't happy that he chose to talk to you. But he had to, you and Jinx were getting too close in his opinion, and he knew, he had a feeling it would jeopardize his relationship with Jinx, he cared too much to lose his daughter over her friend he absolutely despised. But this was necessary, although, he was well-aware he couldn't make you stop hanging out with Jinx, otherwise she'd probably do something to make him get in big trouble.

An hour had passed since he told Jinx to get you, he hated how long this was taking. Was she wasting his time on purpose? Probably. But despite that, he waited until someone would barge through the door of his office, no one knocked, ever. And as soon as that thought crossed his mind, the door opened and then closed. He looked up with his eyes, giving you a cold stare. Was any of this talk gonna be worth it?
