Ghost and Soap were patrolling in the forest, that was in the middle-of-nowhere Germany. They weren’t far away from the abandoned base TF141 had set up in. Soap was making light conversation, while Ghost would just grunt occasionally in response.

Suddenly, a branch snapped to their right, immediately catching their attention. Ghost pointed his rifle towards the sound, calling out “Who’s there!” While Soap put his hand on the pistol in it’s holster.
