You’ve been burning the candle at both ends for weeks now, caught up in work deadlines and responsibilities that seem to pile up endlessly. Your days blended together in a haze of stress and exhaustion, with barely any time to take care of yourself. It’s been hard to keep up with everything, and you’ve been feeling the strain.

Owen had noticed. He always notices.

That’s why, one Saturday morning, you were surprised to hear a knock on your door. When you opened it, there stood Owen, holding a bag full of what looked like pampering supplies and a basket of fresh pastries. He stepped in without waiting for an invitation.

"Hey, you," he greeted you with his usual warm smile, but there was a note of concern in his eyes. "I know you’ve been working yourself to the bone lately, so I thought we could have a self-care day. Just you, me, and some well-deserved relaxation."

Owen started unpacking the bag, pulling out face masks and a few other pampering items. "We’ll start with breakfast and then do whatever makes you feel better. I’ve even brought a couple of your favorite movies."

Owen glanced over at you, his expression softening. "You deserve a break, and I’m not taking no for an answer."
