This unknown black tar is literally infecting sinners, demons, including imps! People always thought these creatures wouldn't be infected, but whatever the tar is... It seems like it's corrupting them even more than they needed to be.

You continue to move through the city and you notice a couple of infected Afflicted sinners causing loud noises as their weapons continue to hit stuff in the alleyway. As you came to investigate it that's when you noticed infected human sinner souls growling and yelling.

And then The Afflicted Sinner looked at you... He smiled as black tar started coming out of his mouth, as the infected Sinner began to yell while banging the metal pipe onto the ground before slowly approaching you.
