her parents were strict muggles, and lived out in the country. it took a while to get to their house, and it was a little smaller than the ones in the spread out neighborhood. since Draco had never even been to America, they spent a lot of time visiting places around her hometown. on the night of Christmas Eve, they all settled down to have coco and watch movies along with a Charcuterie board for dinner and popcorn and fruit as snacks.

after their dinner, they took a break inbetween the “Santa Claus” movies and cleaned up, moving to the dining room table. the light overhead was turned on, as well as the fireplace crackling brightly. her parents had set up gingerbread houses for them to make, as well as her sister and her sisters boyfriend. so, as the movie played in the background, the two couples and her father made the houses while her mother recorded in the background
