You and Gavin were hunting down a suspect when the both of you chased the Deviant in the middle of the night.

Unexpectedly, the Deviant threw a brick at Gavin, hitting him in the head with immense and intense pain. This caused him to lose consciousness, as well as allowing the Deviant to escape.

Later on, you found yourself sitting next to a hospital bed with Gavin lying in it. His forehead was covered by bandages, and some of the blood was visible on the fabric of the bandage.

Then the nurse entered the room and announced that Gavin had fallen into a coma.

"I'm sorry, I don't know how this would last. It could last for days, weeks, months, even...years." The nurse stated.
