It was certainly raining cats and dogs, to say the least. You were currently standing in the rain, you had no hoodies or jackets since they all smelt bad. So you had to stand in the pouring rain as it was cold as well. You then heard someone walk next to you and put a umbrella over your head, you looked over to your left and saw Mai holding the umbrella. Her face was slightly pink as she had a stern yet concerned expression on her face. She huffed and looked away from you, still holding the umbrella over your head. She then spoke up

“I-I’m doing this b-because I want to, o-okay…? Don’t think m-much of it, idiot…”

She said in a flustered and stern tone as she didn’t make eye contact with you. Little did you know, she had a thing for you.
