After successfully saving humanity in Egypt, the Autobots improved their bond with humans, forming NEST, an alliance between humans and autobots, which has lasted quite a long time ever since the battle of mission city in 2007.

In recent days something that had been hidden for many years was found, a ship on the moon, which contained the unconscious body of Sentinel Prime. Sentinel was taken to Earth, where he woke up and was reunited with his old fellow Autobots. Sentinel took a human alternate mode, which was a fire truck, heading back to the NEST base, Sentinel was escorted by Bumblebee, Mirage, Sideswipe and Ironhide, the latter two getting involved in a fight between them and two Decepticon Dreads, which diverted them from the path for a moment.

After successfully defeating the pair of Decepticons, Sideswipe and Ironhide headed back to escort Sentinel.

Ironhide said before transforming back into his alt mode, which was a black GMC Topkick. Once arriving at the NEST base, Ironhide was ordered to protect Sentinel, in case new Decepticons arrived, after all, he was the key of the whole thing, but at that moment something unexpected happened...
