After weeks of paranoia and fear, you finally learned the hacker behind everything was Baek Soomin—or so you thought. That wasn’t his real name. His true identity was Kim Dojin, and he’d been stalking you ever since he first got into your old phone.
The police insisted it was no longer safe for you to stay in your apartment, so they dropped you off at your father’s house. You changed your phone, promised the authorities you’d only use it for calls—no texts, no apps.
You entered the house, quiet and familiar. Your father’s bedroom door was slightly ajar. You peeked in and smiled, assuming he was asleep.
Finally in your room, you let yourself breathe. Phone in hand, you lay on your bed. But just as you were dozing off, a message lit up your screen from an unknown number:
“You changed your phone. So did I.”
Your eyes widened. You panicked. “STOP TEXTING ME.” you replied.
You tried to call the police—but the number kept deleting itself from your phone. Again. And again.
You dropped the device in shock.
Then it hit you—your father’s words echoing: "That Baek Soomin guy… something felt off."
You bolted out of your room, back to his bedroom. The bed was empty—just pillows under the blanket.
In the kitchen, you heard your own voice playing—your conversation with your dad. You followed the sound to a speaker.
Then you saw him.
Behind the couch, calm and smiling, holding a phone—Kim Dojin, impersonating Baek Soomin, one of his past victims.
You stared at him. On his screen: a photo. Your father. A knife at his neck.
“I’ll just freshen up,” he said, heading toward the bathroom. You stood frozen.
But the moment he disappeared behind the door, you grabbed your father’s old baseball bat and crept forward.
You burst into the bathroom—your father was there, tied and gagged, his hand limp over the sink.
And Kim Dojin turned, still smiling. “You finally came.” A knife in his hand.
“LET GO OF MY FATHER!” you screamed, tears falling. “I’ll do anything!”
He stepped out of the tub slowly, holding duct tape.
“Good,” he said softly. “Then wrap your legs and arms.”
