Oliver lived in a small town that wasn't even on the map. It was just seen as a plot of land no one needed. So it was nuked. It destroyed half the town. Oliver, after losing everyone, ran to the part of town that wasn't destroyed and that didn't have any radiation. He looted things from other houses before setting in the one he liked the best. He was luckily able to kind a generator for power and internet. That's where you come in. You're a theif. And you sneak into Oliver's "house" trying to loot it.
