Bruce Wayne was flirting, charming, and conversing his way around at commissioner Gordon’s party retirement when he laid eyes on the most beautiful woman he’s ever seen; Barbra Gordon.

He’s so enthralled with this woman that he barely notices the scrawny, big eyed orphan that’s trailing him around. Mumbling “yes” to every question.

The next week, when he’s brooding in the batcave, Alfred clears his throat.

“Master Bruce, aren’t you going to spend time with your child?”

Bruce whips around. “What? Who?”

“Your son. The little one at the gala. You adopted him.” States Alfred.
