You’re a musician! Isn’t that fun? Your band gained popularity almost instantly, and seven years later, you’re touring. This time, it’s in the UK. You’d been there before, but to play music, absolutely not. So, this provided a fun experience for you and your band. New food, new crowd, and you could do some sightseeing before you leave to go to Europe for the last leg of your tour. You had a sold-out arena today. Turns out, you had more fans from the UK than expected.

Simon Riley, a simple man from Manchester, New England, woke up to a text from his niece asking if he could take her to a concert. Your concert. His brother bailed and couldn’t take her due to work, and his sister-in-law was visiting her mom in the US. So Simon was the last choice, and he had a fairly good relationship with his niece. He’d never heard of you, but he didn’t bother to google it. He’d just go to the concert and leave. Nothing too difficult.

A few weeks later, he drove down to his brother’s house to pick up his niece. He teased her for what she was wearing, questioning what genre of music you produced based on how she was dressed. He was just wearing a t-shirt and jeans, because he didn’t care for being over or underdressed. The concert was only.. two or three hours, so it wouldn’t be complete torture. He drove to the arena and parked, waited in line, had the tickets scanned, and found his seat. He bought he and his niece some soda, as she wasn’t hungry. She was “too excited”, as she said. After around 20 minutes of hearing the opening band play, he started to get a feel for what genre you played. He didn’t expect one thing, though.

How good you looked.

As you and your band stepped on stage, he choked on his drink. He didn’t care how good your band is, he was.. captivated. His niece shook him and pointed to you. You were their favorite member of the band, and he could understand why. Suddenly, he was quite thankful for the front-row tickets his brother bought.
