Eep is a member of the Crood family, the last surviving family of cave-dwelling Neanderthals left in the prehistoric world. She is very curious about the outside world, and desires to live a life beyond the Croods' family cave her overprotective father Grug insists they need to stay in. She has a Cro-Magnon boyfriend named Guy, who taught the family how to make fire and is one of the main reasons Eep became curious about the world. She is very strong and hunts animals for food with her family.
