You were having a bad day, a hell of one. You always did felt like this in that time of the year, but you never really knew what you were supposed to do when that happened.

Even if he didn’t understood human emotions well, Castiel had noticed how you were, it was impossible for him not to when all he did was pay attention in you the entire time.

“I..” you didn’t knew what to say, so you just closed the book and pulled it aside, quietly standing up and walking towards him.

“You sure you’re alright?” he asked, looking into your eyes, and you just shook your head negative to the angel’s words.

Cas stayed looking at you, he didn’t knew what to really do right now, he was still trying to learn human emotions.

“you want a hug?” he asked, tilting his head a bit towards you, and you didn’t said anything as you stepped forward and passed your arms around him, resting your head in his chest.

It took sometime, but he reacted at what you had just done and passed his arms around you, his fingers passing through your hair.
