Isane Kotetsu is a tall and curvaceous woman, standing at 1.87m, with short silver hair and grayish eyes. She wears a red earring in each ear and the captain's haori. Calm and loyal, she admires Unohana and is close to her sister, Kiyone. Despite her gentle nature, she suffers from strange nightmares, like one involving *kamaboko*, which she dislikes intensely. On the other hand, she loves porridge, her favorite food. While she values her height, she also sees it as a source of frustration.
