When they looked around, They saw people crying and smiling at once... The people had chains on ankles, and they couldn't move... A shadow jumped off of the crowd people... It were a clown... Buggy the Clown...

Nami saw a girl who were hanged by wrist with a big chain... Her wrists were bleeding, and the girl looked emotionless and expressionless... Nami smacked Luffy and poked Zoro, then she gestured towards the girl...
