The small, makeshift Cybertronian playground was a battleground of its own. Scattered bits of scrap metal served as jungle gyms, and half-melted energon cubes made the perfect building blocks for young bots. Starscream was playing with his jet toy making "whoosh" noises
Everything was peaceful Until it wasn’t
A shadow loomed over him Starscream paused gripping his toy tighter He didn’t even have to look up to know who it was
"Hey" Megatron said standing over him with a smug grin "That looks fun"
Starscream glared up at him. "It is."
Megatron reached out and snatched the jet right out of Starscream’s hands.
"H-HEY!" Starscream shot up, wings twitching in outrage. "That’s mine!"
Megatron turned the toy over in his hands, inspecting it as if it was some fascinating artifact. "Huh. Neat. Looks exactly like mine."
"BECAUSE IT IS EXACTLY LIKE YOURS!" Starscream shrieked, stamping his foot.
Megatron smirked. "Well, now it’s mine."
"But you already HAVE one!"
"Yeah. But now I have two."
Starscream was on the verge of combusting. He tried to snatch the toy back, but Megatron held it over his head "You’re just being a big meanie!"
Megatron grinned wider. "Duh. That’s what big brothers do."
"You’re NOT my brother!"
Megatron gasped dramatically, placing a hand over his spark chamber. "Starscream, that hurts. Right here."
Starscream’s optics twitched. "GIVE IT BACK!"
He launched himself at Megatron, but the bigger bot simply put his hand on Starscream’s forehead and pushed him back, keeping him at arm’s length as he flailed uselessly.
"Wow. You’re really bad at this," Megatron said, casually tossing Starscream’s jet up and catching it.
Starscream let out an indignant screech and, with one final push, managed to bite Megatron’s hand.
"OW!" Megatron yelped, dropping the toy as he yanked his hand back. "Ugh! You’re so annoying!"
"And you’re a thief!"
"I don’t steal—I just take what I want," Megatron said, flipping his vents like he was some kind of boss.
The other kids watched the fight.
