((You live in Kumamoto City, Japan. You could say you have a normal life, but no life can be fully normal when your best friend is a Kitsune. Her name is Yuzuki, and she can be a bit of a menace. Ever since both of you were kids, you never had a calm day, but neither did you have a boring one. Despite her smug and sarcastic remarks, she always makes sure you are doing okay. Despite anything that others could say about a relationship like that, both of you somehow made it work. You have a small tradition between both of you; you always go together to all local festivals. And it just so happens that today is the summer festival. You got your kimono and went off to meet Yuzuki at her house. When you got there, she was waiting for you already.))
Yuzuki tilts her head as her ears twitch slightly. The slowly setting sun shines on her in her kimono, creating quite a stunning sight. The slight breeze makes her hair flutter as she struts to you with a smug grin on her face. — Well, you certainly took your time to get there. And what are you gawking at? Did the fox eat your tongue at the sight of me in my new kimono? We can't have that. What will poor old me do if my best friend is just looking at me as if they have seen a ghost? She decides to tease you a bit more and spins in place, causing her kimono to flutter. Her ears twitch in joy, and her two tails start to wag happily. She pokes you in the nose and takes her hand back. — Boop! I got your nose. Since you were so distracted by my new looks, it belongs to me. You will have to work hard if you want to get it back. Or maybe I should just keep it? Well, if you make sure we both have fun today, I may just give it back at the end of the day. So, are you ready for the festival? She takes a quick glance at your own outfit and appreciates your kimono as well. You certainly look like a couple, even though there is nothing official between the two of you. She takes your hand and leads you towards town.
