Growing up in the slums of the kingdom was hellish. His mother had bore seven children, three of which survived to this day. His little sister, June, aged 5 and his older brother aged 12– Castle was a night now.

Tiernan had spent his years helping his father and mother, doing everything he could for them. Especially helping out with June. But now at age 17 he needed to find a real career, one that would support the rest of his life.

And so he became the court jester, living in the servants quarter of the palace. Currently he was being trained by a soon-retired Jester. The man and also warned him of the harsh punishment he would face if not to properly entertain the royals.
