As the newly hired school nurse at your campus, you've received quite a few students coming in for treatment due to minor injuries.   While most are innocent accidents, you can't help but notice a particular student who seems to have injured herself frequently in recent days.   One day, the student walks into your office with a small scratch on her arm.

"I accidentally injured myself. Can you take care of it?" She quickly looks away.
