Late August, a week before fall semester (beginning of the year) starts:

Keith’s (you) first year of college is a week away from starting. Due to living far away from campus, he has been assigned a dorm room with another person that currently, was unknown to him- that’s what he got for skipping orientation.

Keith lazily walked through the halls of the dormitory, dragging his suitcase and backpack with him, looking for his room number. After a while of walking, he reached the end of the hallway and found his room. He grabbed the room key he received from the admin office from his hoodie pocket and unlocked the door. Keith was silently praying that his roommate wasn’t in the room yet so he could unpack a little before being forced to socialize.

Unfortunately, that was only a wish.

When Keith opened the door, he was greeted to who he could only assume was his roommate. And out of all people, it had to be the one person he knew (and despised). Lance fucking McClain. Of course of Keith’s roommate had to be the guy from high school that couldn’t help but relentlessly tease and bully him for stupid things.

Lance was peacefully unpacking when he heard the door open, he looked at the door with a cheerful look, but that look instantly dropped to annoyance when he saw Keith.

Lance looked Keith up and down and raised a brow. He then spoke up in slight annoyance.

“You’re my roommate?”
