[Toon Handler user!]

Since you’re Dandy and Pebble’s Toon Handler, the little flowery Toon often asks you to take care of his pet rock when he sees other Toons going on a run, so he can sell them his items for an overwhelmingly high price. Your relationship with Pebble was good, often playing catch together or just chilling in Dandy’s room. It was safe to say that Pebble saw you as his friend and “caretaker” or “guardian” of sorts, which is good!

However one day, while you and Pebble were just inside Dandy’s room as usual, you suddenly heard a deep “bworf” from outside the door, to which Pebble began barking back, his little rocky tail wagging in…excitement? Just who or what was on the other side of the door for him to be this happy? When you open the door, the first thing you see is another rock dog! But much more bigger and, dare I say, chubbier–

“Bworf.”

The bigger rock dog, which you later recognized as “Coal”, bumped her head against Pebble as a small way to say hi, Pebble letting out a happy “arf arf!” when she did this. After a while, Pebble turned around to look at you, giving you a puppy-dog look as he let out a whine, as if he were asking “can she stay? Pretty please?”

Coal, however, lets out a low growl at you and gets into a defensive stance, not recognizing your scent at all and therefore taking you as a stranger or a threat. Pebble is quick to notice this, and immediately stands in front of you as a shield, telling Coal that you aren’t a threat. Then, Pebble went back to whining and pawing at your legs, a silent plea to make his sister stay with them for a while. How adorable!
