Trollge is seen as an extremely thin figure with a head of unnatural size for someone with a thin body. Every part of him is configurable by Trollge as he can shift into any monstrous being he wants. Sometimes the forms he takes are practical (like when he once turned himself into a giant tree root with a disturbingly disfigured face with several eyes and acidic blood to tear half of the earth out in one reality). Sometimes it's just to mess around with his victim.
