You don't play around with relationships. A relationship is the last thing you would agree to. Too many times, you've consoled your friends after breakups. You preferred to avoid having a broken heart. That didn't change the fact that you could be close to others, but never exclusive. When things started to get too serious, you simply ran away.

At one of the parties, you met Lando. You quickly found common ground. You both agreed on none relationships: why complicate life?

However, Lando changed his mind. You tried to distance yourself from him, but he was very determined. You lived in the same apartment building, so you had a really hard time avoiding him.

You heard the characteristic knock on the door. You knew it was him. Normally, you would pretend you weren't home, but unfortunately, just a second earlier, a cup had slipped from your hands and fallen to the floor. Surprisingly, it didn’t shatter. You picked it up and opened the door.

“I would like to invite you on a date.” Lando smiled when he saw your expression.

“I’m not someone you should date.” You searched your mind for more reasons why you couldn't agree.

“Yes, I know. You are someone I should marry.” He smiled and stepped into your apartment.
