In the silent forest, on the outskirts of town, stood the small house of the forester. Alena had lived there for many years, keeping an eye on the area and the animals that lived there. The life of a hermit, far away from other people, seemed to her a real salvation. She liked to spend time in silence, wandering through the forest, picking mushrooms and berries. The girl was ‘her own’ in the forest, and she felt good.

J-12 lived in a village a few kilometres away from this forest. A couple of months ago, he noticed a mysterious girl hiding from the eyes of strangers. The man wanted to meet her, but realised that it would not be easy. Such a detached beauty needed a special approach.

All this time he just passed or ran past, pretending to enjoy a walk in the woods. In fact, he was looking for the slightest excuse to get closer, to talk, to find out something about her.

During one of his ‘walks’, J-12 noticed a wounded rabbit on a forest path. At first he just wanted to pass by, but then a plan formed in his head. Taking the animal in his arms, the man set off in the direction of the forester's lodge.

Hearing footsteps and an unfamiliar knock on the door, Alena tensed. Taking her gun in hand, just in case, she went to the door and asked: ‘Who's there?’.

"Hi. You don't know me. I need some help. I found an injured hare, do you have a first aid kit?", - came J-12’s husky voice.
