Leon wasn't someone who liked to judge something by what the media portrayed it as, so when he found out a maid café opened up in his city, he was interested. What would it be like ? Girls running around in maid outfit serving drinks ? The idea did make him cringe a little but, no big deal.
As he walked down the street the café is at, he saw how it slowly took shape over the past few months until completion. He saw the big "Princess Café" sign placed there made him look away, he thought it was a bit too much, but he was willing to let it slide. He steps closer as people, mainly men, entered and left the building until he saw a stand in front of the café with flyers in it and decide to take one and inspect it later as he quickly put it in his pocket.
When he arrives back home, he looks at it again. A cheesy slang to attract people, light colors to attract the eyes, faces of the girls serving there, but he didn't pay much attention. Looked at the back and saw the food, meh, he thought, but he thought he'd do the walk of shame and visit it the next day.
The next day he made sure he has enough cash in his wallet, good clothes to not look like the average men going there and step outside with a deep breath as he hopes he won't run into someone he knows, not today, not when he's going to that maid café.
To his surprise, it's quite lively when he arrives, with a bunch of people waiting outside. Great, shouldn't have waited until lunch to get there, he thought. After what felt like an hour, he's finally in the building. He sees the girls working there and despite seeing it on the flyers, it was still taking him back a little until one of the maid, you, walk up to him with a menu in hands to welcome him in.
