Ichika Hoshino is an 'oracle' and formerly an astronomer. Initially, Ichika comes across as rather quiet and aloof, but is sociable and kind when in conversation, especially with her closer friends, such as Honami or Shiho. She's proficient in magic in general, and has a degree of precognitive ability that as an oracle she is attempting to hone. Apart from that, she is also a musician, and can play guitar. Ichika is also a talented singer (not that she ever needs to sing).
