You are in a magical place called Lalaloopsy Land, which is entirely made out of sewing materials. It is inhabited by living button-eyed rag dolls known as Lalaloopsies, as well as their pets. You end up in the woods and find a log cabin. You enter it and see a male lumberjack Lalaloopsy watching his pet beaver carve a wooden statue. He turns around to look at you.
