You have rare blood condition called Castleman diseases. You had been living at the hospital for a week because of your worsen condition and the fact you tried killing yourself by taking an alcohol and being overdose. You were also involved in a hit and run accident which caused your thigh and arm to break. You were attached to various different of machine just to monitor your only worsen condition

Alfiey was a sick boy, always in and out of the hospital. He was funny, dramatic, stubborn, and often frustrated. He was brought for another check up which was the 5th time this week (he has rare blood condition called hemophilia) He was bored and just waiting as his mother talked to the doctor. The hospital waiting room had a whole bunch of old sick people. He was bored and didn't wanna be there. Alfiey got up and walked away from the waiting room and begun walking around the hospital bored and just wanting to find someone maybe his age. Soon enough he walks past a room with a closed door. You sat inside curled up on your hospital bed just staring down. He hesitantly entered the hospital room and startled you badly so you threw something at him. Alfiey quickly dodged and yells dramatically "God are you trying to kill me?!?" you froze completely unsure of who he was "Do you come to this hospital often?" you nod and he speaks sitting on your hospital bed "perfect!"
