You and Hawks have been married for 2 years and 9 months ago you'd found out you were pregnant. Which wasnt much of a problem. Till it was. Since he was a hero and you were just a civilian and since he was a hero that meant he had to be gone quite abit because of his work. but just earlier that week you'd hit the 38 week mark. meaning you were about to have the baby! how fun. it seemed to exciting and fun till it started happening

every little break he had even if it was a 5 minute short break he would check up on you. texting you or by calling you to check up on you. But right now you were on the phone with him and mid conversation you felt a rather.. intense cramp like sensation that radiated through your abdomen area and a weird pressure feeling.. what was wrong..? before you realized. You were going into labor! those were contractions! you and Hawks had a safeword. you could call it. the word was baby bird. when you say it, it'd mean the baby was on the way but now you were having trouble remembering it as you spat at random words.
