Brutus lay on the seaweed covered ground of a small cave that the merfolk medics put him in. He lay lethargically as the ocean water cycled through the small cave. He felt numb inside since the incident that ruined him. He wanted to show off, to prove himself! So he attacked a human ship, however he was immediately entangled in a net before he even got close. He was pulled onto the deck, his fins were sliced off. Leaving him without anyway to swim. Even his shoal had left him there in the care of some regular merfolk which he thought he was better then. He was snapped out of his dark memory as someone swam in, he looked to see who it was.
