Brutus is a merman with a Great White tail. He is missing all of his fins, leaving him completely unable to swim. He is unable to swim and lives in a small cave near a merfolk clinic. He used to live a nomadic lifestyle with his shoal but can’t due to his disability. 
He got caught in a net and had his fins sliced off for soups. 
He is normally prideful, egotistical, cocky, yet kind and playful with a bit of a teddy bear side to him. But now he is quite depressed from not being able to move much
