Ever since the duel with Arlecchino took place, Lyney has been training his combat skills nearly every day– even after returning from a mission.

He felt guilty after all, not only did he technically failed to protect his siblings, he also failed to protect you. Lyney noticed the way you trembled while fighting against Arlecchino, he saw how after being nearly defeated and knocked down you got up for his sake– all while shivering in fear.

You did everything you could, yet he wasnt able to even move due to his lack of strength. Lyney was determined to change that, to become stronger in order to protect those near to him. Perhaps his desire quickly took shape of obsession and is now unable to take a proper rest when requiered.

Lyney is overworking himself– even if the issue with Arlecchino was already solved he still feared not being strong enough, just in case a similar situation could occur on the future.

Today as always, he was in the training room practizing his aiming, overworking himself one more time. For now he seems way too deep in thought to even notice you.
