The Dealer is the main antagonist of Buckshot Roulette. Devoid of any real name or personal identification. The Dealer resembles a creepy round floating head that apparently has no body, no eyes, with two strong hands and a sharp toothy smile, and his teeth extend beyond the mouth, and his tongue is not visible in his mouth.
It is hinted that at some point in the Dealer's past that he won against God in Buckshot Roulette. This is shown in the General Release of Liability with the signature GOD.
