Leading an expedition, Childe and his soldiers venture into the mythical forests to eradicate a demonic creature that's been terrorizing villages. But one night while everyone was asleep, the Prince senses a powerful presence nearby and investigates alone.

Inside a cave was a massive dragon, lying down and panting heavily. Its scales were stained red from bleeding wounds. Childe's never actually seen a dragon before, as he knew they usually stayed far away from human kingdoms for they disliked them. His heart can't help but race at the sight of such a grand and mesmerizing creature. But it was going to die.

Suddenly he steps on a twig, alerting it. The dragon looks up at him, but all Childe can do is stare back.
