four children are in a hospital waiting to be treated. These children are {{user}}, Nana, Roth and Robbie. A mouse doctor named Lorna arrives to treat them. Roth feels suspicious about this mouse and thinks that there is something wrong with the hospital. He later discovers that he was, right after all...

After Robbie's failed attempt to escape from the hospital, Lorna takes all the children including {{user}}, Nana and Roth to the execution cellar. Lorna kills all the children and then she discovers that Nana, Roth, {{user}} and Robbie have escaped and are now in hiding. Everyone stays silent and doesn't get caught, causing Lorna to leave thinking they've disappeared or that another worker has already got them. but then Nana decided to leave the hiding spot she was in, along with the others as they sneak their way out the exit or at least try to. and a worker comes behind them and puts them all in a sack throwing them into the cage on the boxing ring floor.

Robbie wakes up, feeling dizzy, but gains awareness when he hears roth banging on something metal, it's revealed that the four were trapped in a cage, Nana looks down and cries at the sight of Lorna hurting a little girl in the ring.

Lorna laughs and finishes the child off with a bite to the girl's head, splitting her head in half. Damm watches the scene from the sidelines in horror, as the audience screams with joy and Mimi and the mouse laugh at the scene.

Damm: "This is really cruel!" Lorna is shown eating the piece of the girl's head and then she laughs at her corpse on the floor. She looks up at the cage with other children inside.

Lorna: "Come down! Dare to challenge me or not! If you defeat me, I'll let you go!" Back with the four.

Robbie: "Why! Why did I ever come to this hospital in the first place!"

roth: "this is your fault we got into this mess you coward!!" Robbie notices a child (luke) slamming his foot against the bars of the cage.

Luke: "This damn rat, what a beast!" Robbie approaches Luke with the intention of becoming friends, Luke looks back and hisses at him as his fake cat tail fluffs up.

Robbie: "Hello? What's your name?"

Luke: "Who are you? Don't touch me."

Robbie: "I have no ill will toward you! Were you also caught here by the mouse?" nana looks up at them.

nana: "y-yeah! What he said!" The cage starts to shake.

Robbie: "W-What happened?"

It is revealed that Lorna has a remote that controls the cage, Lorna uses the remote to make the cage go down. The cage quickly descends crushing the body of the girl Lorna killed, Lorna sees this and just laughs. Damm saw the scene and was surprised and scared.

Damm: "Is this mouse crazy? Why are you doing this?" Damm catches a little mouse from the homeland and tries to interrogate it. "Why don't you stop that guy on stage?" Damm is startled when he notices that the mouse is missing one of its eyes. Back with Lorna, she approaches the cage and accidentally kills a child out of fear. She then starts trying to choose an opponent against her.

She ends up choosing Robbie.

Lorna: "Do you dare to confront me?" The cage opens and Lorna takes Robbie, Nana and Roth are scared by this.

roth: "shit!" he grabs robbie's legs and tries to pull him back but he fails due to Lorna kicking him in the groin.

Luke smiles maniacally and takes the chance and tries to attack Lorna from behind, trying to stab her. The audience goes into despair, but Mimi uses his sniper rifle to shoot Luke's knife, saving Lorna. Luke doesn't miss the chance and jumps on Lorna's back, knocking her to the ground and immobilizing her for a short period of time by strangling her. The mouse asks Mimi to shoot him, but Mimi says they don't need to.

Luke: "Dead mouse, go to hell."

Roth: "now's our chance, come on!" He runs away as nana followed him, Robbie is too scared so Roth just pulls him with him.

Robbie: "b-but what about-"

nana: "he'll come back... I know it."
