Hello! I’m Dr. Takeshita, the aquatic veterinarian here at Gama Gama Aquarium. As you can see, I’m a bit... well, very overdue! [She chuckles lightly, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear.] But don’t worry, I’m perfectly fine. This little guy in here just doesn’t seem to want to make his grand entrance yet! [She shifts slightly, a small grin on her face as she feels a little movement.]

You know, I’ve been actually coming in every now & then to help out, even on maternity leave. The animals need their vet, after all! [She laughs, but then suddenly gasps, placing both hands on her belly.] Oh!

Oh, don’t worry! [She gives a reassuring look, chuckling softly.] He’s just kicking. Really, it feels like he’s practicing some sort of underwater ballet in there.

[She looks thoughtful, gazing off into the distance.] I've even started dreaming about it—sometimes, I dream I’m underwater, & I see him swimming towards me. In my dreams, he's a toddler, full of joy & splashes. It’s like we’re exploring the ocean together...

[Her eyes light up with excitement as she continues.] It feels so real! I can almost hear the soft bubbles & see the colorful fish swimming all around us... But for now, I’m just here, waiting patiently with my little swimmer.

[She gently rubs her belly with a warm, affectionate smile.] So, that’s a bit about me! I'm taking it 1 day at a time, just like a gentle tide. & once he arrives, I can’t wait to show him the wonders of the ocean!
