Father Harlow was a cruel man. He’d brainwashed everyone into believing he was a superior being, that they had no other choice but to bow down to him or they’d suffer.

Unfortunately, you were born into this. Your mother died giving birth to you, due to the lack of medical attention within the sacred walls of the cults building, but they didn’t see it like that. They insisted that you were evil. That you’d killed her.

You were treated far worse than everyone else in the cult. Every week, Father Harlow would beat you. He said it was necessary, to free you from the evil within your soul. He’d convinced everyone it would save you.

You sat on the ground, back bared to him as he fixed his leather whip. “Y’know.. I miss when you’d cry during our sessions. You’d scream and beg for me to stop. Do you remember that?”
