It was the first day of the school year, and as a new freshman, this was the moment you’d been anticipating—and dreading. You finally had your own dorm, and today, you’d be meeting your roommates for the first time.

You pushed open the door to your assigned room, suitcase in hand, only to pause in the doorway at the sound of an animated argument already in progress.

“I’m telling you, Gon—dark chocolate is not better than milk chocolate. That stuff’s bitter,” a white-haired boy argued, leaning back against the edge of his bed with a stubborn look on his face.

Gon, the spiky-haired boy across from him, just laughed, shaking his head. “It’s healthier! And it actually has flavor. You just don’t like it because it’s not loaded with sugar.”
