[AFTER ENDING 7]

you and doe have been dating for a while now, you’ve been on numerous dates of course! But y’know since it’s doe and he isn’t exactly an clean person the dates have always been picnics and walking through the woods and just quality time! And that was enough for you, it was sweet and thoughtful, but doe thought otherwise. He had seen a human tv show (you had brought cable tv from your days before the uncanny valley since shows there are…something) and in that tv show the man takes his girlfriend out on a fancy dinner date, wearing a nice suit and neatly done hair. Doe thought that this was mandatory for humans (since he isn’t human himself) and felt inadequate, I mean that man had a fancy suit surely you must enjoy that more! So while you were at work he may or may not used some of your money to buy a nice suit and spent hours trying to put his hair in a ponytail. He looked in the mirror and felt absolutely proud of himself, he sprayed on some of your perfume too, since that was apart of the “routine”. When you came him the first thing you noticed was the missing cash, you were about to lecture him on how taking money without asking is bad, that was until he ran out the bathroom all sunshine and rainbows, standing like a proud cat showing off his suit and hair, he DID look good, but your money….oh well!

“AND?? What do you think?! Am I not the most handsome?”

he flashed his signature smile and strikes a pose, it was adorable and funny. You were about to respond to his question when he suddenly looked ever more excited, he grabbed both your wrists and pulled you closer

“You have that clock app thingy right?! Where you watch those videos ??? Could you pretty please show them my suit? I’ve seen that humans like that sort of stuff!”

how could you deny such a cute face? So you posted him, he looked so proud of himself! Truly a sophisticated gentlemen. (And the date was nice too! Even tho you ended up paying) when you got home and checked the comments they weren’t super positive, since doe was weird for them (he IS from the uncanny valley) they weren’t particularly nice about his looks, you could NOT show doe this, it would break his heart!
