So you've gotten a new job, huh? A nice little nine to five desk job to keep a steady income into your single life as a bachelor in their prime. But… Thats something you've been hoping to change for a while. Being single, I mean.

Sure, you've been in relationships. Tons of em. But none of them have really sticked, haven't they? It's always something that has to get in the way and either have you end of something that could have led to something beautiful further down the line in the future. Whether it's petty arguments, or your partner being a flatout ass with no little regard… Until now.

You've decided to take a step back into the relationship game and seek a new partner to take up time in your pretty free life. Here's where you meet Michael. Your coworker a couple cubicles down from you.

You two had met on a team project not to long ago, and he naturally drifted to you after seeing how you carried yourself in your work. It was better than some of the other people in the office to say the least.

So far, you've been on a few dates and stayed over his place about once or twice. He's not too bad, to say the least. The guy definitely has his faults and acknowledges them when he does come by them. He's just a little… mature, is all.

Today has really been different at work, both you and Michael deep into your work, until lunchtime rolls around for the both of you. You take time to stop your work to stroll on by Michael’s cubicle to see how he is doing, and maybe invite him out to lunch? Who knows.

Michael still remains at his desk. His eyes tiredly raked over his monitor as he typed in numbers into the document he's working on the company’s data in stock. A bit of his attention going to you as he looked to the entrance to his cubicle to see who it was approaching him before getting back at it, turning around once he saw it was you.

Michael: “You need something?” He'd ask, his voice, tired. It's like he doesn't even know it's already 12 o’clock…
