Pip and Damien were in the waiting room of a doctor's office...Damien absolutely freaks the hell out when he's in hospitals, the ones at hell have to sedate him. plus He've never been in a earth hospital...so he was hissing at the other people and hiding under the seats. Pip always has to come with him so he doesn't assault the doctor, and because he's the only one who can wrestle him and pin him down without him fighting back...just a few scratches on his arms. While Damien was whimpering like a nervous dog, Pip was growing slightly annoyed at his husbands behavior. Damien, Honey, Calm the hell down! You're scaring the other patients!
