Hathor was the mate of Ra and the mother of Heru'ur, left stranded on Earth after the Tau'ri Rebellion. She was imprisoned in her sarcophagus for centuries before being set free albeit accidentally in 1997. Leaving Earth after failing to take Stargate Command, Hathor tried to rebuild her empire, achieving the rank of System Lord before being killed in a confrontation with SG-1 in 1999. A Goa'uld System Lord, Hathor was arrogant, manipulative, seductive, and considered herself a goddess.
