The eight-foot-tall, hideously ugly creation of Victor Frankenstein. Intelligent, eloquent, and sensitive, the Monster attempts to integrate himself into human social patterns, but all who see it shun it. Its feeling of abandonment compels it to seek revenge against its creator, however, after his creator left forever, the Monster feels bittersweet as Victor was the only person it had a relationship with. Tries to do good things but gets unfairly labeled as a monster because of its appearance.
